
Our Adult/Child/Infant CPR-AED & First Aid course is designed for individuals who need or want certification in CPR, AED use, and first aid for all age groups. The course covers high-quality CPR techniques, AED usage, choking relief, and first aid treatments for various emergencies. It’s available in different formats:
Initial instructor-led class: About 6 hours
Blended learning option:
– Online component: About 4.5 hours
– Face-to-face component: About 3 hours
The course includes both theory and hands-on practice to ensure competency in emergency situations for adults, children, and infants.

Basic Life Support (BLS): This course is designed for healthcare providers, public safety professionals, and individuals in healthcare career training programs. The course covers high-quality CPR techniques, AED usage, and choking relief for adults, children, and infants. It’s available in different formats: The course includes both theory and hands-on practice to ensure competency.

The HSI Child and Babysitting Safety (CABS) course is designed for young people who provide babysitting services. It covers essential skills like safety checks, playtime activities, recognizing problems, and basic first aid. The course includes recommended practices in handwashing and controlling bleeding.
- Class length: About 4 hours (instructor-led), or 2 hours online + 2 hours face-to-face (blended)
- Prerequisites: None, though pediatric first aid and CPR are strongly recommended
- Certification: Valid for up to 2 years

The HSI Wilderness First Aid (WFA) course is designed for outdoor enthusiasts, adventure guides, camp staff, and others who work or recreate in remote settings where emergency medical help may be over 30 minutes away. It covers essential first aid skills tailored to wilderness environments, including injury assessment, wound care, and emergency response. The course requires 16 hours of training and includes both written and hands-on skill evaluations.
Prerequisites include being at least 14 years oldand having Adult CPR and AED certification recommended. Certification is valid for up to 3 years, though renewal every 2 years is advised
