These classes are offered in a Blended Learning Format, which allows you to do the education portion of the class in the comfort of your home, at your own pace. Upon completion of the online portion the skills session is. done in person at your location.

We offer various classes in Tony Blauer’s SPEARSystem®. The SPEARSystem® is a behaviorally based holistic self defense system that uses your bodies natural response to fear and gives you practical skills to navigate sudden violence.
